If you are not sure where to start we always recommend this Nicaraguan single-origin coffee! This is our top-selling coffee and for good reason. With notes of caramel, dark chocolate, malty, and nuts it is a wonderful all-around coffee that any style of coffee drinker will enjoy.

The cooperative El Polo is in the municipality of San Sebastian de Yali and has a strong commitment to include women and youth in the coffee chain. There are 62 women and 45 younger workers of the 353 members of the cooperative. There are training programs that help economically and socially as well as in the community they help with road projects, community health, sports, working rights of young people to education.
