The Huatusco region is the centre of all of the coffee activity in the Veracruz area which is coming back from less than ideal times. This coffee is from Finca Monte Azul, and the variety is Catimor and Bourbon. Wonderful tastes come naturally from this coffee and we knew as soon as we had our first cup that this would be a favorite.
