If you are looking for a beautiful well-rounded coffee, look no further! This amazing coffee from Guatemala has it all, a creamy body, vibrant tastes of molasses with a hint of orange and nougat. You will not be disappointed.
This coffee is similar to what we had for our holiday roast last December that everyone loved.
This coffee is sourced from a family-owned estate located in the municipality of La Democracia within the department of Huehuetenango. Finca Huixoc and Injertal are owned and operated by Jose Alejandro Solis, a third-generation coffee farmer. The estate’s name Huixoc is an indigenous Mayan word that means ‘spring water’, reflecting the abundance of spring water sources on the estate.
