This coffee is sourced from a family-owned estate located in the municipality of La Democracia within the department of Huehuetenango. Finca Huixoc and Injertal are owned and operated by Jose Alejandro Solis, a third-generation coffee farmer. The estate’s name, Huixoc, is an indigenous Mayan word that means ‘spring water’, reflecting the abundance of spring water sources on the estate.
