This series will highlight light roasted coffees that focus on the full potential of taste possible. We will have coffees available in limited quantities under this series. This is the second installment in our series and you will not want to miss this one.
This week’s series is a blend developed from high quality coffees from Colombia, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. This blend has been in the works for a while and is named after some of our good customers/friends love for aviation. This coffee has been developing using an espresso machine BUT it is excellent as a pour over as well, grab yourself a bag to experiment with and find out what true highly quality, fresh roasted coffee is like.
Roast: Light
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Cherry, Sweet
Process: Washed and sundried
Altitude: 1300-2000m
Varietal: Multiple
